Geared Up Return Policy
At Geared Up, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
– Items marked as final sale.
– Gift cards.
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at support@gearedup.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: Pack your item securely and include your RAN. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@gearedup.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage.
Late or Missing Refunds
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
